People calling Rover a C Tier character is deffinitly wild They are surprisingly quite strong, ESPECIALLY on Parrying and Step Countering since their whole kit revolves more on counters They dont have big AOE or pure damage like Jiyan or Danjin, but calling them having 0 usage is just lmao, they are honestly quite strong, at least B+ if not A-

If i remember correctly Kuro did say they are buffing Calch right? Where his Dupe Abilities, more specificly relating to his Doppelganger is just part of his base kit now? Reminds me when Kuro did the same thing to Chrome Glory, they just remove his Signature Memory and makes that his base kit 🗿

All rounders will eventually lose value if Kuro's design philosophy on PHR will transfer over where units WILL be fine tuned for a specific role
